Homeschool Tracker is owned and operated by Homeschool Solutions, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our service, how we use that information, and what choices you have.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. When you use the service, we store the educational records you enter — student names, assignments, grades, attendance, and the like — so we can show them back to you and generate reports.
We use the information you provide to operate the service, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets), and reply to your support requests. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Homeschool Tracker is designed to be used by parents to record educational information about their own children. We treat any information about minors with the same care as the rest of your account data, and we never use it for marketing or share it outside of providing the service to you.
All connections to Homeschool Tracker are encrypted using SSL. Your data is backed up daily. We restrict employee access to your records to those who need it to provide support or operate the service.
You can export your data at any time as PDF or CSV. You can also request that we delete your account and all associated records by emailing support@homeschooltracker.com. We retain your records for 90 days after a cancellation in case you change your mind, then delete them.
