By creating an account or using Homeschool Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@homeschooltracker.com immediately.
Don't use Homeschool Tracker to do anything illegal or harmful, attempt to access other users' data, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for purposes other than homeschool record-keeping.
Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, or two-year) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance occasionally — when we do, we'll give advance notice when possible.
Homeschool Tracker is provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll notify you by email and post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
